The leadership team consists of Mr L Gray (Principal), Mr R Eost (Head of School), Mrs A Ingram (Assistant Headteacher), Mrs A Page (Assistant Headteacher) and Dr Barnfield (Assistant Headteacher).
Each member of the team has general leadership responsibilities related to the efficient operation of systems and processes at Studley High School, combined with specific areas of whole school responsibilities.
|Principal - Mr L Gray|
Mr Lee Gray has a BSc in Zoology from Nottingham University and an MSc in Biological Anthropology from Durham. He completed his PGCE at Cheltenham and Gloucester College of Higher Education in 1998. He started his career at Chipping Campden School becoming an Advanced Skills Teacher, before teaching overseas in Thailand and then Monaco. On return to the UK he worked at Tudor Grange Solihull before taking up his first headship at Studley in 2014.

|Head of School- Mr R Eost|
Mr Richard Eost has BA (Hons) in Physical Education (QTS) form University College Chichester. He started his career at Eggar's School in Alton Hampshire. Mr Eost moved from Eggar's in 2012 to become an Assistant Headteacher at Studley High School.

Mrs Amy Page has a BA in East Mediterranean History from The University of Birmingham and was awarded the University's Byzantine Award for her work on Greek women throughout history. She completed her PGCE at The University of Warwick. She started her career at Studley High School as a newly qualified teacher. In 2011, she was promoted to Curriculum Area Leader of Humanities. Amy began her leadership role in 2014.

|Assistant Headteacher, Director of Teaching School- Mrs A Ingram|
Mrs Anna Ingram has a BA Honours degree in English Literature and Art History from the University of Wales Aberystwyth; she completed her PGCE through the same University, working in two schools in South Wales in 1995.
She started her career in Solihull and moved to a promoted position in a large comprehensive of 1400 children in Walsall. Mrs. Ingram came to work at Studley High School in 2001 as a Head of English and then became an Assistant Headteacher in 2006.

|Assistant Headteacher - Dr C Barnfield|
Dr Christina Barnfield has a BSc in Biology and a MSc in Microbiology from London University. She then completed a PhD in Immunobiology from Kings College London. She continued her research for 4 years in Stockholm, Sweden. On returning to the UK she completed her PGCE at Birmingham University. She has been working at Tudor Grange Academy Trust for the last 12 years, initially at Solihull and more recently across schools in the Trust.
